中国移动2009年起即启动了TD-LTE研发技术试验,成为国内首个启动建设4G网络的运营商。到去年底为止,移动TD-LTE网络已覆盖国内100个城市,意味着4G网络建设取得关键进展。一二三线城市已基本覆盖。

与3G技术相比,TD-LTE可用“多”“快”“好”“省”来概括:它不仅能够支持2G/3G网络下的话音、短信、彩信;同时还能够支持高清视频会议、实 时视频监控、视频调度等高带宽实时性业务;上网峰值速率能达到百兆,举例来说:下载一部1GB的高清电影,使用3G技术最快需要近7分钟,而使用TD- LTE网络却在1分30秒内完成。

对于工业用途来说,4G带来的是高效率。比如视频传输,工控数据,实时数据反应传输,远程控制方面效率得到了大大的提高!
