  为了清楚地认识以太网在自动化中的地位,我们可以将自动化系统分为以下级别:4g无线路由器

  为了在一个大型企业中可以随时,充分的了解企业中各种复杂的信息,在整个工业4G路由器自动化系统中形成了不同的网络等级。在这些不同等级的网络中,信息可以在垂直和水平两个方向上相互传递。

  工业路由器每个等级的网络都与上下相邻的网络连接,可以判定相互间通讯的需求。在最上层网络,存在众多复杂的计算机系统,能够不定期的对各种复杂数据进行响应,大量的通讯参与者和响应者在网络中相互协调。在最底层,依然有很大的信息吞吐量,只是数据相对要少于上层结构。

  在工业LTE路由器自动化系统网络中可以分为以下5层结构:工业路由器

  •计划编制层(PlanningLevel),对来自生产层的信息进行评价,组织编排并协助生产部门进行决策。在这一层中,不论是工业全网通路由器信息量还是传输速率和距离都是最大的。

  •控制层(ControlLevel),对每个生产层进行协调。控制层得到来自上一层的生产编排信息,对低层进行编制。该层中的各计算机可以进行诊断,操作和记录工作。

  •单元层(CellLevel),连接各个不同的生产层,被各单元计算机或PLC控制。

  •现场层(FieldLevel),工业TD-LTE路由器存在大量用于控制的可编程控制装置,调节和检测元件比如PLC或工业计算机等,并可以对执行器/传感器层进行评价。该层可以连接至可视化系统,对数据进行响应和传输。

  •执行器/传感器层(Actuator/SensorLevel),属于现场层得一部分并于现场层的控制器连接。工业级4G路由器该层的特点是输入和输出数据的传输速率极快。输入和输出数据的更新时间甚至低于控制器的循环扫描周期。
